Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Louna Star Transportation Company (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our school bus transportation services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide transportation services for students to and from school and related activities. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.
3. Registration and Fees
• Parents or guardians must complete a registration form for each student.
• Fees for the Services are outlined in the registration form and must be paid in advance.
• Fees are non-refundable except in cases where the Company cancels the Services.
4. Pick-Up and Drop-Off
• Students must be at the designated pick-up location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
• The Company is not responsible for students who are not at the designated location on time.
• Parents or guardians must be present at the designated drop-off location at the scheduled time to receive the student or unless it was prearranged or communicated via text.
5. Behavior and Safety
• Students must follow the bus driver’s instructions and adhere to all safety rules.
• Bullying, harassment, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Seat belts, if available, must be worn at all times.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for students who fail to comply with these rules.
6. Health and Emergency
• Parents or guardians must inform the Company of any medical conditions or special needs of the student.
• In the event of an emergency, the Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the student’s safety, including contacting emergency services if necessary.
7. Liability
• The Company will make every effort to provide safe and reliable Services but is not liable for delays, accidents, or incidents beyond its control.
• Parents or guardians agree to hold the Company harmless for any claims arising from the use of the Services.
8. Changes and Cancellations
• The Company reserves the right to change or cancel Services due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Parents or guardians will be notified of changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
9. Privacy
• The Company collects personal information for the purpose of providing the Services and will not share this information with third parties without consent.
• Parents or guardians have the right to access and correct personal information held by the Company.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
