Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Louna Star Inc. (the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our passenger transportation services (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Definitions

•    “Passenger” means any person who uses the Company’s transportation services.
•    “Company” means [Company Name], its employees, agents, and affiliates.
•    “Booking” means a reservation made by a Passenger for the use of the Services.

3. Booking and Payment

•    Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.
•    Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
•    We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
•    All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

•    Passengers may cancel their bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
•    Cancellations made after 48 hours are non-refundable.
•    The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

•    Passengers must arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
•    Passengers must carry valid identification and their booking confirmation.
•    Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Conduct

•    Passengers must conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other passengers and the driver.
•    Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
•    The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a threat to the safety of others.

7. Liability

•    The Company is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical failures.
•    The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of the provision of Services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Passenger for the Service in question.
•    The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our Services.

8. Amendments

•    The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting on our website or other notification to Passengers.
•    Continued use of the Services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

•    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami, Florida, USA.
•    Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami, Florida, USA.
